Manual Intelligent GPRS module with datalogging, IP protocols and automatic operation provide simple remote monitoring. Embedded equipment can be enabled to communicate over radio GPRS networks by integrating a GPRS module within the equipment. A traditional modem may only be part of the solution, further intelligence may be required to interface to the machine. Intelligent GPRS modem module solution offers more than a traditional GPRS module! Onboard TCP/IP protocols aid communication over GPRS and the Internet. System integration is simplified by higher level features on all GPRS modems in this family. I/O Automatic reporting - wake-up at pre-configured times, prompts from the network or when inputs change and let the GPRS module take action. Send emails with collected data - the GPRS modules can act as a datalogger which can be mailed as an attachment. Transfer files using FTP - the GPRS module can stream files from attached equipment or exchange datalog files with a centralised server. Key features
